Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all screws and mounting components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
